Maryamnamazie Speech on Nudity, Free The Nipple & Body Equality

Maryamnamazie mentioned FREETHENIPPLE A.K.A TOPLESS EQUALITY during speech 😀

We need more people like Maryamnamazie who have courage to stand up, talk, and counter the idea of shaming female body only, double standards & oppression towards women. The most important is equality for both gender.

If we silence, it will become more comfortable for people who dislike equality, to spread and maintenance their sexist idea. If it become normal, people in society will insensitive towards inequality and just follow it since it already become part of their culture where majority of people apply it, understand? if sexism is seen as normal it will take more effort and energy to fight than before.

Long Live Equality

Japan Female Divers In Past

Yes, women topless are not problem in the past at some place but now its change people will see it as big deal…yet if it was a nudity of male body it still exist till today in some culture (i know it, i can’t tell it now, but yes a half nudity of female that in past was accepted now become big deal like at Bali, and this. yet a men full nudity in past still exist till now)…is this #equality ? why see women bodies as taboo? yet male can even more “naked” yet people more accept it….we need new revolution, we need to change our mindset, we need equality #freethenipple

Don’t be silence the enter of religion is one of the reason and also the silence of people who realize this doublestandards so please stand up to fight inequality in society atleast talk…

Europe & West Even The Rest Need To Put Freedom Of Speech As Basic Rule For Humanrights

IN ADDITION I WANT TO ADD THAT MUSLIM IDEOLOGY ALSO SEXIST TO BOTH MEN AND WOMEN, NOT JUST ONE SIDE LIKE MEDIA LIKE TO TELL

FIRST WOMEN HAVE NO RIGHTS TO WEAR WHAT THEY WANT AND MUST BELIEVE THEY ARE “BAD” IF THEY NOT FOLLOW MUSLIMAH DRESS CODE IN MUSLIM SOCIETY, EVEN SOME GET THREATEN BADLY BY THEIR SOCIETY & MEDIA, WHEREAS THE MEN ARE VERY FREE IN WHAT THEY WEAR (MEN DRESSCODE ARE VERY FREE). THIS IS DOUBLE STANDARD TOWARDS WOMEN

THEN IF MEN ARE “WRONG” IF SEEING WOMEN BODIES EVEN JUST A HAIR WHEREAS THE HIJAB WOMEN THAT I KNOW ARE VERY FREE IN SEEING MEN BODIES AT PUBLIC ( EX MEN USING UNDERWEAR ONLY AT BEACH – HIJAB FREE TO SEE IT BUT LOOSE SHIT IF MEN EVEN JUST SEE THEIR HAIR + SOME EVEN THINK THEY GET HARRASED OMG ! …VERY UNFAIR ). THIS IS SEXIST TOWARDS MEN TOO

MALE AND FEMALE GENITAL MUTILATION BOTH ALSO NEED TO BE BANNED NOT JUST ONE SIDE TO BE FAIR.

The rest I personally agree with Greet Wilder, we need be aware of fanatic religious group AND DEFEND OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH! DON’T BE FOOLED BY NAIVE JOURNALIST THAT TELL U TO TOLERANCE THE INTOLERANCE! #LongLiveFreedomOfSpeech

Hejab As Weapon In Islamic Iran (Mirror)

Iran before took by Islamic regime, the women are able to wear clothes according to her choice whether hijab, no hijab, T-shirt, bikini (swimming) & it’s seem completely NORMAL & OKEY (more equal also) even they can protest when Islamic regime changed the rule

Iran after Islamic Regime Took control, the women must always be veiled at public & now their MINDSET has changed even a single hair at public will become SUPER BIG DEAL (thanks to propaganda by media too) even they would easily judge women with no scarf

This is why we need not to be quiet, start move our lazy butt because sexist ideology are everywhere ready to grow if we just shut up and more difficult to opposed it if they grow

LONG LIVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!! credit to Javad Montazeri

Topless Equality in Old Bali

Old Bali where a topless women at public are not a big deal, and look it very normal rights?

It’s not have anything to do with men rape, Or degrading specific gender only- which i think doublestandard. At that time if you say like this it’s kinda weird

Unfortunately the Islamic government forced to changed this…and now topless women at Bali will seen as taboo

And from what i know, a year ago religious minister government want to forced they religious believe where women must more covered in Bali- no bikini, …Luckily Bali people protest back that rule

That’s why it’s important to raise awareness to challenge the sexist religious view, they want to change law of OTHER CULTURE and use their propaganda or dogma to change way of people think. Religion love to change view of other culture but get mad if the situation reverse also if Religious People get Power in politic i guerantee sexism will more easy to spread and society will less sensitive to this sexism- difficult to make a change

As Atheist i don’t see the truth that they claim but sexist, Yes.

Also this vid have men topless too #equal right? because i care #trueequality #NoDoubleStandard

Enjoy the culture of Bali 😀

Women Topless = Men Topless

I have no problem for men and women to #topless , #naked , #peeinpublic , #covered AS LONG AS THERE’S NO DOUBLESTANDARD IN LEGAL SYSTEM, LIKE IN MOST ASIA / RELIGIOUS SOCIETY DO (CONSTRUCT A UNEQUAL CONTRAST LAW).

The More U Covered The More it become SEXUAL

Do Men In This Vid Can’t Control Their Sexual Desire? Do Their Rape? No (except you or society believe women topless on public should get it)

There’s society (tribe or even modern) where its NOT A BIG DEAL for women to #gotopless

So There’s a Possibility For Women To Topless, Why not it’s a matter of #equality

Once Again My CARE are about NDS- No to Double Standard if men can topless so do women, if men are prohibited so do women, i don’t believe double standard as equality.

Maybe u can said it’s unimportant, okey but it’s piss me off when society labelled women as “bad” if she sexy or topless jailed her but very fine if men do it the exact same thing even more worse let said using underwear only or pee like exhebionist at public (my Religious society)

Or This happen in my society, media censored breast even bikini but uncensored men using underwear EVEN a Tribe Documenter they exposed PENISES on national television (who always loose their shit if that was a women), so This Contrast PISS me off

I DEMAND TRUE EQUALITY

MEN = WOMEN NOTODOUBLESTANDARD @69momotaro69

Does Provocative Dress Ever Cause Rape? (MIRROR)

i’m not own this article. Credits to Georgia Platts, a Ph.D. from UCLA in sociology and the author of BroadBlogs.

slutwalk

Some friends were discussing the “Slut Walks” that keep popping up, and someone asked whether provocative clothing ever plays a role in rape. Interesting that “provocative” is used to describe a style of dress, suggesting that clothes actually provoke something. Attention? Desire? Rape?

Women don’t cause rape by what they wear. Asking about correlation between clothing and rape is tricky, though.

To make clear, sexual assault is never the victim’s fault. Someone has to act to commit rape. No one forces that choice. If seeing an enticing woman led men to conclude, “I’ve got to rape her,” all men would be rapists. Yet few are.

And plenty of assaulted women are not dressed sexily, including women draped in head-to-toe burqas. Interestingly, veiled women are blamed, too: “He must have seen a bit of her ankle, wrist, hair, neck… Who could resist!?”

Strippers are the most sexually “provocative” of all, yet patrons manage to contain themselves. Yes, bouncers provide security, but they aren’t stationed with blinders blocking their sight. And who’s watching them? Male customers aren’t physically restrained. The men are actually controlling themselves.

Sociologists who have interviewed rapists, read their accounts and looked at the circumstances of their crimes have learned that they have a variety of motives. Here are a few:

Some rape to feel powerful, others gang rape to demonstrate their “manhood” (defined as powerful, dominant, violent, virile, and not gay) to each other and fraternally bond, some become aroused by sadistically bringing sex and violence together, others seek to harm an entire race, community or nation by using sexual assault as a political weapon, still others seek revenge against someone other than the rape victim. And some misread cues.

Let’s take a look at these mistaken cue readers. Here’s where it gets tricky because a correlation between clothing and rape is not the same thing as sexy clothing causing assault.

Rapists who misread cues believe the following: men are naturally assertive and women are naturally passive. There are “good girls” and “bad girls.” Bad girls secretly want sex but can’t admit it, so they trick men into forcing sex. How do these “bad girls” send cues (in these men’s minds)? By doing things like smiling at them, or making eye contact, or by showing a little leg or cleavage. So these men may see a low-cut blouse as a “rape me” signal. But while they also see a smile or eye contact as a sexual come-on, women are only blamed for the dress. Have you ever heard anyone say, “Never look at a man,” or “Never smile at a man, he may rape you!”

Women, if you think dressing modestly will protect you, it won’t. Most rapists don’t care about “cues,” and just in case you run into those who do, you better not look at, or smile at, any man either. Just to be safe.

Should you really have to live that way? Or should men choose not to rape? As most do?

The number of assaults will not go down if women make sure to cover up. The cue-reading rapist has decided to attack someone, and is seeking justification. He will rape and he will find something to blame other than himself.

By placing women in charge of his sexuality he abdicates responsibility (it’s her fault). How convenient for him!

And while different rapists have different ways of thinking, they are all sexist. At the least, they believe they have more right to a woman’s body than a woman does, herself.

Women’s right to choose is about gender equality (mirror)

i didn’t own this article credits to >>> Bill Schroer: Women’s right to choose is about gender equality

In the pursuit of equality, this past Monday was Women’s Equality Day.
Celebrating the 19th Amendment, women were granted the right to vote 93 years ago.
One day earlier, Go Topless Day was celebrated as part of another more contemporary effort to bring equality to women. In more than 30 cities across the country, women (and men) demonstrated for the right for women to be top free.

For many women, the double standard that exists where men can appear topless on beaches or in their backyard or walking down the street but women can’t is another example of women’s inequality in this country.
In Europe, this double standard largely does not exist. Women can and are topless on beaches, in city parks sunbathing and many places men would be topless. And, its no big deal.

But we in Michigan (and most states) can’t seem to get there. The combination of the post-Victorian prudery around nudity and the sexualization of women’s breasts in American media have made it seem women’s breasts must remain covered while men’s aren’t.

Yet, until the 1930s men could not appear in public topless either. And for the same reasons. Men’s breasts were indecent … it was sinful to expose the male breast … truly a sign of moral decay.

The post-Victorian prude legislators demanded men’s tops stay covered. But, during a heat wave in the 1930s, huge numbers of men took off their tops. They rebelled. In spite of mass arrests, the taboo was broken. And, just like with Prohibition, the popular will (of men) prevailed.

So, all of a sudden, what was immoral and indecent and a legal prohibition became acceptable overnight. Which says, in effect, the prohibition of women from being topfree is not an issue of a moral absolute. It is an issue of political power … or lack thereof.

Even the non-sexual activity of a woman breastfeeding has brought out the self-appointed moral crusaders who shamed, had arrested and otherwise harassed mothers for using their breasts for their primary biological purpose.

After enough people with common sense protested, laws in many (but not all) states now protect women from being treated as criminals for breastfeeding in public.

Really? We had to pass a law for that?

The fact the 14th Amendment demands equal treatment irrespective of gender seems to have escaped most legislators and judges in most of the country. Not so in New York, where the State Supreme Court affirmed it is unconstitutional to require women to wear tops where/when men are not required to. Ohio, Ontario (and many other places in Canada) have arrived at a similar conclusion. Women are free in those places to be topless in public and, increasingly, are. But, to have the right to be top free is not a mandate.

Women in New York may now make a conscious choice about whether to wear a top or not. It is their choice. That is the real point. If women are not free to make that choice, they continue in one more way to be oppressed by a male-dominated society that knows what is best for them and for society.

And, if you think this is an insignificant right … let’s pretend it wasn’t women … that it was African-Americans or Asians who could not take their shirts off in public.

Would it be insignificant then?

The issue of equality is not only about the big issues … although it is certainly about “equal pay for equal work” and other “big” issues … it’s about every issue.

When women aren’t seen as equals in any way whether it is for “deserving to be raped” because of the way they are dressed, or a condescending attitude by a car salesman toward a female customer, the gender is demeaned.
Whether every woman or any woman in Michigan would want to be topfree at a beach or in her backyard to sunbathe or walking down the street is not the issue. It should be her right to make that decision.

It’s a matter of equality.
